The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Spanish Steps and the high-end shops along Via Dei Condotti.

The noise level from neighboring rooms was disruptive, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

The location near the Spanish Steps is amazing, only a short stroll away. The breakfast served in the room is a real perk. I loved having it while planning my day. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. It had plumbing issues. the shower water would collect and reach my ankles while bathing. Although I noted this to the staff, it didn't get resolved. Also, the noise from outside could be a bit disruptive at times, especially in the evenings. Overall, despite the great location and breakfast, the bathroom situation needs serious attention.

amazing location

comfortable breakfast

The location is incredible—just steps from Piazza di Spagna and surrounded by restaurants and shopping! The room came with breakfast served right to us, adding a delightful touch to our mornings.

the check-out time was a bit confusing. but the staff were incredibly nice and gave helpful directions to the metro. the room was clean and cozy with excellent air conditioning. enjoyed the daily breakfast delivered right to the room.

The room was super cozy with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the free toiletries and coffee machine too! Plus, it was just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. Big shoutout for the amazing breakfast served in our room. Perfect for relaxing after exploring Rome.

We loved staying here with our two teens! The location is just steps from the Spanish Steps, making our daily adventures in Rome super easy. Plus, the breakfast served in the room was a treat and gave us a great start to each day.

My wife says that a bit more space for luggage would be great for families with children.

excellent location

friendly staff

Perfect base for a group trip! Super close to the Spanish Steps and tons of shopping on Via Dei Condotti. The staff were friendly and the breakfast served in our room gave each morning a nice touch. We visited the Trevi Fountain and Roman Colosseum with ease.
